About Absa Group - Industrial and Organisational Psychology Internship Programme
The Industrial and Organisational Psychology internship is a one year programme, accredited with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). The aim of the programme is to upskill Industrial Psychology Masters students towards registering as an Industrial Psychologist (Independent Practice).

Absa Group - Industrial and Organisational Psychology Internship Programme Requirements
Internship requirements:
- South African citizen
- Strong academic performance in Honours
- Have completed M1 or be on track to complete M1 by January 2027
- Registered as a Student Psychologist with the HPCSA
- Johannesburg-based from 01 February 2027 to the end of January 2028
