Opportunity Details
AHF’s Fellowship Circle is a highly curated and tailored 10-week program, designed by and for Indigenous, Black and racialized women in Canada launching their careers in business and STEM. The program focuses on developing social capital and career readiness skills.
Professional Growth
Career Readiness Bootcamp: Practical training to sharpen interview and networking skills.
Career Learning Labs: Focused sessions on topics like overcoming imposter syndrome, personal branding, and storytelling.
Mentorship Circles: Direct access to industry leaders for candid career conversations.
Networking & Community
Build authentic relationships with peers and mentors.
Join a private Slack community for ongoing support and collaboration.
Receive exclusive invitations and discounts to AHF events throughout the year.
Personal Development
Wellness sessions tailored to the experiences of Indigenous, Black, and racialized women.
Tools and strategies for maintaining balance and self-care while advancing professionally.
Career Opportunities

Must self-identify as Indigenous, Black, or racialized woman.
Reside in Canada.
Be 18+ years old, a current student or recent graduate (within 2 years).
Pursuing a career in business or STEM.
Commit to completing program requirements:
Career Readiness Bootcamp in January 2026.
Weekly supplementary activities.
