AHF’s Fellowship Circle is a highly curated and tailored 10-week program, designed by and for Indigenous, Black and racialized women in Canada launching their careers in business and STEM. The program focuses on developing social capital and career readiness skills.
Professional Growth
Career Readiness Bootcamp: Practical training to sharpen interview and networking skills.
Career Learning Labs: Focused sessions on topics like overcoming imposter syndrome, personal branding, and storytelling.
Mentorship Circles: Direct access to industry leaders for candid career conversations.

Must self-identify as Indigenous, Black, or racialized woman.
Reside in Canada.
Be 18+ years old, a current student or recent graduate (within 2 years).

Commit to completing program requirements:
