AI Data Centre Talent Development Programme Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Japanese Residency: Applicants must reside in Japan.
- Education or Experience:
- Hold a degree (or graduating in less than six months), preferably in a related field (computing, engineering, physics, business, or similar).
- OR have completed a relevant apprenticeship or vocational training program.
- OR possess equivalent professional experience in a related field (IT, engineering, infrastructure, operations, ESG, marketing, finance, development, technical roles, or similar).
- Attendance Commitment:
- Full attendance at the 15 remote evening sessions. Each session will run for 1.5 hours, beginning at 7:00 pm JST, and will take place Monday to Friday across three consecutive weeks.
- Attendance at the in-person graduation ceremony (date TBC).
- Industry Interest: A demonstrated interest in the data centre industry in your application statement.

- Technical aptitude and basic understanding of IT or engineering concepts.
- Problem-solving and teamwork experience.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivation for career transition, especially for veterans and ex-service personnel.
