About Angling Trust - Angling Improvement Fund

Angling Trust - Angling Improvement Fund Requirements

The grant is open to organisations involved in managing or supporting angling facilities in England.

Eligible applicants include:

• Angling clubs
• Commercial angling venues
• Syndicate fisheries
• Community organisations
• Local authorities providing angling facilities
• Unincorporated associations such as clubs and syndicates
• Limited companies
• Community Interest Companies (CICs)
• Registered charities

Applicants must meet specific eligibility requirements:

• The project must be located in England
• The site must already have angling activity taking place
• The angling activity must be covered by a valid Environment Agency non-migratory trout and coarse fishing licence
