About Baptist Insurance Grants

Since 1905, Baptist Insurance has supported Baptist churches and reinvested profits to strengthen the wider Baptist community. Its grant funding helps churches develop initiatives that engage local communities and expand opportunities for people to encounter the Gospel.

The funding is primarily intended for evangelism-focused projects, particularly initiatives that reach people who have not yet heard the Gospel.

Baptist Insurance Grants Requirements

Applications are open to Baptist churches in the United Kingdom.

Eligible churches should propose projects that:

• Have evangelism as the primary focus.
• Serve or engage the local community.
• Have potential for long-term sustainability.
• Have support from the wider Baptist family.
• Include support from the relevant Regional Association, where applicable.
• Aim to reach people who have not yet heard or meaningfully engaged with the Gospel.
