The program supports initiatives that strengthen communities, drive sustainable development, and foster innovation, with projects implemented over 12 months and possible extensions up to 18 months. Eligible organizations can submit proposals to address emerging needs, enhance partnerships, and create meaningful local impact.
Maximum grant amount: $15,000
Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) operating in Bhutan
Organizations able to submit proposals to the Bhutan Foundation for review
Projects must align with the Foundation’s objectives of sustainability, innovation, and community impact
Develop a project proposal that addresses critical community needs or emerging challenges
Ensure the project aligns with the Bhutan Foundation’s mission and priorities
Submit the proposal through the Bhutan Foundation’s official submission process
Await review and approval, after which funding will be disbursed for project implementation
