Opportunity Details
The Bloomberg Data Science Ph.D. Fellowship 2026–2027 is a fully funded fellowship designed to support Ph.D. students in data science who are working on cutting-edge research. It provides financial support, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
Covers 100% tuition.
Provides a $45,000 annual stipend for living expenses, conferences, and research costs.
Includes Bloomberg mentorship, career counseling, and internships.
Fellowship renewable annually for up to three years.
Must be a full-time doctoral student in 2026–2027, graduating by 2029.
Required to attend the annual kickoff event at Bloomberg HQ in New York (expenses covered).
Must complete a 14-week paid summer internship each year (New York, London, or Toronto).
Cannot hold other industry fellowships during the program.
Bloomberg does not sponsor U.S. visas; applicants need self-sponsored work authorization.
