Changemakers for Equality is a global leadership and social impact programme designed to tackle the structural drivers of inequality. It identifies young leaders who are building locally led, community-driven solutions to advance equality in education, economic opportunity, and social inclusion.The initiative bridges gaps in power, privilege, and access by intentionally connecting individuals from both marginalized and privileged backgrounds. It promotes systems-level change and intersectional approaches that recognize how education, income, opportunity, and community conditions are interconnected.
Selected participants will receive:

Be aged 18 to 35
Actively lead or co-lead a tangible, community-centered initiative addressing inequality
Demonstrate alignment with ChangemakerXchange values
Show an entrepreneurial, creative, and collaborative mindset
Be motivated to co-create and engage in cross-border collaboration
