The opportunity offered through the Bettys and Taylors Family Fund is designed to support organisations working with vulnerable young people up to the age of twenty-five, especially those who face difficult circumstances and are looking to build skills and experience in the food, catering and hospitality sectors. It focuses on projects based in Yorkshire, particularly within twenty miles of a branch of the company or their head office, ensuring the support remains rooted in the local community and has a meaningful regional impact.
Who can apply: Small, grassroots, not-for-profit organizations primarily benefiting North or East Yorkshire, with annual income under £500k.
Requirements: Governing document, bank account with two unrelated signatories, at least three unrelated trustees/directors.
Who cannot apply: Private businesses, national organizations (unless locally managed), statutory agencies for statutory duties, organizations with substantial unrestricted funds, and those with outstanding reports.
