Who can apply: Small, grassroots, not-for-profit organizations primarily benefiting North or East Yorkshire, with annual income under £500k.
Requirements: Governing document, bank account with two unrelated signatories, at least three unrelated trustees/directors.
Who cannot apply: Private businesses, national organizations (unless locally managed), statutory agencies for statutory duties, organizations with substantial unrestricted funds, and those with outstanding reports.
