Benefits of Foreign Ministry - Laura Bassi Scholarship

The scholarship does not provide direct financial payouts. Instead, its value is allocated exclusively toward editorial assistance services tailored to academic work.

The maximum support available includes:

• Master’s candidates: Up to $750
• Doctoral candidates: Up to $2,500
• Junior academics: Up to $500

Foreign Ministry - Laura Bassi Scholarship Requirements

The scholarship is open to a wide range of applicants, provided they meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled Master’s or Doctoral candidates
• Academics within the first five years of full-time employment
• Applicants from any academic discipline
• Individuals conducting research on overlooked or unconventional topics

There are no restrictions related to:

• Country of residence
• Academic institution
• Field of study

Part-time students and applicants at early stages of their academic programmes are also encouraged to apply.
