About GSK Africa Open Lab Postgraduate Fellowship
This prestigious fellowship offers a 12-month, full-time research experience, beginning in mid-April 2026. Fellows will actively participate in ongoing research programs and collaborate with leading scientists in global health.

GSK Africa Open Lab Postgraduate Fellowship Requirements
- Be a national and resident of a Sub-Saharan African country
- Hold a BSc (minimum 2:1 or equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Hold an MSc (GPA ≥ 3.2 or equivalent) in Biostatistics, Health Data Science, or a related discipline
- Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Be able to code in R, Stata, or SAS (or willing to improve)
- Demonstrate proficiency in English
