About ISEC Internship Program

The ISEC Internship Program 2026 offers an immersive opportunity for postgraduate students to gain hands-on experience in social science research. Hosted by the Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC) in Bengaluru, India, this program provides interns with exposure to real-world policy challenges across multiple disciplines, including economics, sociology, political science, agriculture, education, environment, population studies, decentralisation, development, and urban studies. ISEC Internship Program Requirements

To apply for the ISEC Internship 2026, candidates must:

• Be a postgraduate student in social sciences
• Be currently between the 2nd and 3rd semesters of their Master’s program

Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in research and the ability to engage with interdisciplinary topics in social science and policy.
