About InteRussia Fellowship in Information Technology
The InteRussia programme offers participants an opportunity to acquire new knowledge at one of Russia’s leading universities, attend specialised courses led by prominent experts, take part in specialized workshops, and exchange experience with colleagues from different countries. Throughout the fellowship, participants will collaborate on team-based projects, which will result in the preparation and presentation of an individual scientific research proposal.

InteRussia Fellowship in Information Technology Requirements
The fellowship targets skilled IT professionals with a strong interest in artificial intelligence and its applications.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must not hold Russian citizenship
- Must reside outside the Russian Federation
- Must not be affiliated with Russian institutions at the time of application
- Must be a specialist in information technology or a related field
- Age requirement: 25 to 40 years
- Language requirement: Minimum English proficiency level of B2

Application Date and Process
To participate in the competitive selection process, applicants must:
- Register on the English-language version of the Gorchakov Fund website. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
- Go to the “My Projects” section, click “Create Application,” select the competition “InteRussia AI 2026”, choose the specialisation: either "Artificial intelligence in medicine" or "Artificial intelligence in an urban environment (smart city)", and confirm your choice.
- Complete all required sections of the application form.
- Attach your academic portfolio including links to research texts and projects.
- Submit the application by clicking the “Submit Application” button in the “Apply” section and wait until the status changes from “Preparing” to “Submitted.”
