About MSL U.S.Graduate Fellowship
The MSL US Graduate Fellowship is a paid, full-time summer program across major U.S. offices, serving as MSL’s primary pathway for post-graduate talent. Open to students graduating in spring with full-time availability, as well as rising seniors, fellows gain hands-on client experience, hybrid work exposure, mentorship, and career development.
Benefits of MSL U.S.Graduate Fellowship
- Participants earn $20/hour, and historically more than 90% have transitioned into full-time roles at MSL, making the fellowship a competitive launchpad for communications careers.
MSL U.S.Graduate Fellowship Requirements
- They’re looking for students graduating in April/May 2026 with at least 35 hours/week available, during typical business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- They’re focused on recent graduates because our fellowship is the #1 way we welcome post-graduate talent on to the MSL team – over the last four summers, more than 90% of our Fellows went on to accept full-time jobs with MSL.
