About Pear VC Fellows Program
Pear Fellows is an apprenticeship program designed for undergraduate, MBA, and PhD students aiming for careers in venture capital or entrepreneurship. Fellows gain hands-on experience with seed-stage investing at Pear’s Menlo Park office, working on live deals, market research, and strategy alongside seasoned investors.
