The Stamps Scholars Program is a prestigious undergraduate scholarship that provides exceptional educational opportunities for remarkable students at partner institutions across the USA and UK. Founded in 2006 by E. Roe Stamps and his late wife Penny, the program offers annual awards ranging from $20,000 to $98,000, with four-year totals averaging $80,000 to $392,000, plus additional funds for enrichment activities like study abroad and leadership training. The Stamps Scholars Program partners with 38 institutions across the United States and into the United Kingdom, including universities such as Georgia Tech, University of Florida, University of Chicago, and Queens’ College Cambridge. The program is administered by the Stamps Family Charitable Foundation, which shares the cost of awards evenly with partner schools. Most partners offer four-year scholarships for entering first-year students, while select partners offer “walk-on” scholarships for second- and third-year students.
