Unearthing Insights - Applied Fellowship Program Requirements
- They welcome applications from anyone located in Africa, this can include students and young people currently in education; recent graduates; early-career professionals; young entrepreneurs and individuals preparing to transition into formal or informal employment and anyone looking to gain practical experience, build confidence, and develop workplace-ready skills No prior professional experience is required.
Selection Criteria: Applications will be reviewed based on:

- Commitment to active participation
- Interest in personal and professional growth
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Alignment with the values and purpose of the fellowship
- Geographic representation to support a diverse cohort, with approximately 50% of fellows selected from South Africa and 50% from the rest of Africa
