About UONGOZI Institute - Emerging Leaders Programme

The UONGOZI Institute, in partnership with the HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management, is accepting applications for its Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) 2026–2027, a six-month leadership development program for mid-level professionals across Africa.

UONGOZI Institute - Emerging Leaders Programme Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• At least one year of supervisory, managerial, or leadership experience.
• A minimum of five years of professional work experience.
• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent computer skills.

Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate leadership potential, a commitment to professional development, and the ability to apply the programme’s lessons within their respective organisations and professional environments.
