UN-Habitat and the Arab Land Initiative are currently inviting interested organizations and institutions from the Arab region to submit expressions of interest to conduct an assessment of the urban rental housing market in the Arab region and identify best practices and policy recommendations for improving the urban rental market in the region.
Visibility and Impact: Contribute to shaping housing policy across the Arab region, especially for vulnerable populations.
Collaboration with UN-Habitat: Work alongside a leading global agency in urban development and housing.
Methodology Development: Opportunity to co-develop a regionally relevant framework for assessing rental housing markets.
Pilot Implementation: Apply the methodology in a selected Arab country, gaining practical experience and showcasing expertise.
Knowledge Sharing: Host an Expert Group Meeting and a webinar to disseminate findings and engage with regional stakeholders.
Eligibility: Must be an organization or institution based in the Arab region.

Conduct a desk review and key informant interviews.
