About Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation Envolve-PhD Health Sciences Research Grants Program
The Envolve-PhD Health Sciences program provides funding for doctoral students from Portuguese-speaking African countries (PALOP) to support research, mobility, and scientific production in Health Sciences.

- The scholarship has a maximum duration of 36 months and a maximum value of €20,000.
Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation Envolve-PhD Health Sciences Research Grants Program Requirements
- Have a doctoral thesis project already approved by the scientific council of the higher education institution;
- Have completed a bachelor's degree in a higher education institution in the PALOP countries (Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique and São Tomé and Príncipe);
- Be under the age of 38 on December 31, 2026.
