Capitec Bursary Programme Requirements
- South African Citizen
- Aged 27 or younger on 31 December 2026
- 2025 matric students or gap-year after matric in 2024 allowed
- Registered for full-time studies at a DHET/CHE registered tertiary institution in 2025
- Pursuing NQF-7 (or higher) qualifications: Bachelors Degree/Honours
- Not open to N4/5/6, Higher Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Masters or Doctoral students
- Not open to TVETs, Community Colleges, Graduate/Business School, or Distance-learning students
- Grade 12: Bachelor’s Pass with minimum average of 65%
- Tertiary: Academic average of 65% or above for latest full academic years (2024 and 2025)
- Fields of study: Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Quantitative Management, Statistics
