The Innovation Grants will support practical, locally led solutions that respond to real implementation challenges — transforming ideas into evidence-driven models for national scale-up. These grants operate under a Result-Based Contracting (RBC1) modality, ensuring greater accountability and freeing organizations to focus on achieving results, rather than paperwork.
Thematic Focus Areas & Eligible Interventions
Applicants must select at least one of the three service delivery components listed below as the primary focus of their proposal:
1) HIV testing and linkage to care
2) PrEP/PEP access and adherence support
3) Comprehensive and person-centered HIV/STI prevention services
