The Community Women’s Charity Fund supports high-quality programs that make a tangible difference in the lives of single mothers and their children. By providing financial assistance to registered Canadian charities, CWCF aims to strengthen economic security, personal capacity, and opportunities for children in single mother-led families.
Eligible organizations must:
Be registered Canadian charities
Deliver direct services to single mothers and/or their children
Operate within the BC Lower Mainland
Funding Priority: Programs achieving measurable outcomes in economic security, personal capacity, and children’s well-being
Step 1: Confirm Eligibility Ensure your organization is a registered Canadian charity serving single mothers in the BC Lower Mainland.
Step 2: Prepare Program Proposal Include objectives, expected outcomes, target population, and a detailed budget.
Step 3: Submit Application Use the CWCF grant application form before the deadlines of January 31 or June 15.
Step 4: Implement Program Execute the project as planned, tracking measurable outcomes.
Step 5: Program Evaluation Report Submit an annual report detailing results, demonstrating progress toward CWCF goals, and ensuring eligibility for future funding
