About Centre for Diplomatic Advancement - European Youth Summit
European Youth Summit 2027 is an opportunity to join 300 young leaders in Madrid, Spain for the European Youth Summit 13–16 April 2027, with one application offering fully, partially funded, and forum access seats.
The Centre for Diplomatic Advancement (CDA) organises the summit, moving the second edition to Madrid after the 2026 Geneva edition, and brings delegates together for diplomacy training, project teams, mentorship and access to CDA project funding.

Centre for Diplomatic Advancement - European Youth Summit Requirements
- Open to applicants aged 18–50
- Applicants from all countries are eligible
- Students and individuals from all educational backgrounds can apply
- Students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, activists, researchers, journalists, civil servants, and community leaders can apply
- No prior conference or diplomatic experience is required
- Applicants must have a working knowledge of English

- Open the official EYS 2027 scholarship application form
- Fill in personal and contact information
- Write two short answers about motivation, background, and current activities, each within 250 words
- Mention any conferences attended and share LinkedIn or social media profile
- Upload a photograph and CV
- Accept the terms and conditions, pay the $17 application fee, and submit the form
