As a Summer Analyst in the Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP), you will participate in a vigorous 9-week introduction to our Full-time Program. The summer is centered on providing you with a comprehensive look at Chase, with our Summer Analysts focused on matters that are value-add to our business and have a real-life impact on our customers. Both our Summer and Full-time Programs are designed to deepen your knowledge of Chase through exposure to our business units: Auto, Business Banking, Card Services, Connected Commerce, Consumer Banking, Digital Product & Experience, Finance, Home Lending, J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Marketing, Controls, Operations, Risk Management, & Strategy. CLDP Summer Analysts are placed in a role focused on one of the following program disciplines: Product, Project/Program Management, and Strategy & Strategic Initiatives.
Comprehensive Exposure: Gain insight into multiple Chase business units such as Consumer Banking, Card Services, Wealth Management, Risk Management, and more.
Hands-On Experience: Work on projects with real business impact, including product development, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
Skill Development: Strengthen analytical, project management, communication, and collaboration skills in a dynamic environment.
