About Citadel Travel Grant Conference
The Citadel Travel Grant offers fully funded conference travel support for promising STEM students who want to attend leading academic and research conferences worldwide. Selected recipients receive financial support covering major conference-related expenses, such as registration passes, round-trip airfare, accommodation, airport transportation, and food stipends. This initiative is especially relevant for students in mathematics, computer science, physics, statistics, electrical engineering, and other quantitative disciplines who wish to present research, network, and grow professionally.

Citadel Travel Grant Conference Requirements
- Open to students currently pursuing Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD programs
- Designed for students in mathematics, computer science, physics, statistics, electrical engineering, and other quantitative disciplines
- Students in related quantitative fields may also be considered
- Applicants must be able to attend the eligible conference in person
- Remote or virtual presenters are not eligible for the travel grant
- Preference may be given to applicants who have submitted at least one paper to a research conference
- Strong academic performance, research and publication record, awards, and conference involvement can strengthen an application
