The Positive Ageing Assistance Fund provides financial assistance to eligible older residents of the City of Fremantle who need essential services to maintain their independence, wellbeing, rehabilitation, or safety.The funding is intended for short-term or one-off assistance that helps older people continue living safely in their own homes.Support can cover practical services and items that may otherwise be difficult for a person on a low income to afford.
Applicants must meet the programme’s residency, age, financial, and service requirements.
Age Requirement
Applicants must be:
65 years or older, or
55 years or older if Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
