About City of Richmond - Arts and Culture Operating Grant Program
The purpose of the City Grant Program is to support the capacity of eligible applicants to deliver a range of programs, services and events that enrich the lives and well-being of Richmond residents, in alignment with the City’s strategic priorities.

- Up to 30% of annual operating budget, capped at $12,500 per year

- Must be a Richmond-based non-profit or Canadian charity in good standing.
- At least 12 months of operation before applying.
- Provide ongoing public programming, demonstrate quality artistic work, and maintain stable administration and leadership.
