About City of Sydney - Food Support Project Funding Programme

The Food Support Project Funding Programme is a grant initiative designed to help community organisations deliver projects that increase access to healthy and affordable food for people experiencing food insecurity.

The programme invests in sustainable food support initiatives that improve food availability, strengthen local food systems, and assist communities facing economic or social disadvantage.

Benefits of City of Sydney - Food Support Project Funding Programme

Capital support is available up to:

• AUD 100,000 for small-scale projects
• AUD 150,000 for large-scale projects

City of Sydney - Food Support Project Funding Programme Requirements

Applicants must:

• Operate within the local area, or
• Demonstrate significant benefits to the communities they intend to serve

All applicants must also satisfy the programme’s general eligibility requirements.
