Personal Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
Be 18 years of age or older
Reside in the Province of Ontario (proof of address required)
Business and Program Requirements
Applicants must also:
Operate a small business based in Toronto
Devote at least 35 hours per week to the business
Not be employed elsewhere during the program
Not be attending school or planning to return to school
Not be enrolled in another government-funded program
