The Climate and Energy Fund Investment Support Programme provides funding for Austrian regions to implement climate change adaptation measures focused on heat protection and sustainable water management. The Climate and Energy Fund supports regional investment projects that strengthen resilience against the impacts of climate change.

• Maximum funding per region: €40,000.

Climate and Energy Fund - SURE! Invest Funding Program Requirements

The call is open to:

• KLAR! (Climate Change Adaptation Model Regions) from the implementation phase onwards.
• KEM (Climate and Energy Model Regions) from the implementation phase onwards.

Regions where KEM and KLAR! areas overlap must consult with KLAR! management before submitting a KEM application.
