The American Express Leadership Academy is designed to strengthen leadership capacity in the nonprofit sector. Participants develop skills in resilience, storytelling, and influence through experiential, hands-on learning, peer collaboration, and mentorship. The program targets senior nonprofit leaders or executives-in-training committed to driving organizational and community impact within their regions.
