About Commonwealth Leaders Academy Programmes Associate

The Commonwealth Leaders Academy (CLA) is a Community Interest Company established to develop the next generation of Commonwealth leaders through leadership development, capacity building, policy engagement and international collaboration. Working closely with governments, youth organisations, universities and development partners, CLA designs and delivers programmes that empower young people to create meaningful impact across the Commonwealth.

Commonwealth Leaders Academy Programmes Associate Requirements

  • Applicant should have an excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using Canva or PowerPoint to prepare presentations.

Application Date and Process

  • This is a flexible volunteer opportunity. The Programmes Associate is expected to contribute regularly to agreed activities, with an anticipated commitment of up to 20 hours per week, depending on programme needs and the volunteer’s availability.
