The Community Foundation of Acadiana Competitive Grants 2026 offers two main tracks for nonprofit organizations: Affiliate Grants and Fund for Acadiana Grants. These grants aim to support projects in education, health, and community development within the Acadiana region.
Financial support: $5,000–$15,000 grants.
Community recognition: Visibility within Acadiana’s philanthropic ecosystem.
Capacity development: Helps refine proposals and strengthen strategic planning.
Must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Projects must be located in eligible parishes.
Must align with community goals of CFA’s programs.
Exclusions: individual support, endowments, operating expenses, completed work, political activities, sponsorship requests.
