About Constellation Space Software Engineering Intern – Winter/Spring

The Software Engineering Internship is designed for students who want practical experience building software for a space technology environment.

Rather than working solely on small supporting tasks, interns will own a scoped project and take responsibility for developing and deploying their work. This provides exposure to the full engineering lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, code review, documentation and presentation.

Interns will work alongside the Constellation Space engineering team and contribute directly to the ConstellationOS platform.

Benefits of Constellation Space Software Engineering Intern – Winter/Spring

  • $6K – $7K per month
  • $3k relocation stipend.

Constellation Space Software Engineering Intern – Winter/Spring Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, C++, or similar.
  • Coursework or projects in systems, networking, or machine learning is a plus.
  • Able to work on-site in Seattle for the full term (winter: starts November 2026; spring: starts spring 2027).
  • U.S. person required (ITAR).
