About CANEX Junior Chefs Competition
The CANEX Junior Chefs Competition is a platform designed to identify, nurture, and showcase young culinary talent across Africa. This year’s edition will focus on Nigerian culinary talent.Participants compete through a series of challenges that test creativity, technical skill, and understanding of ingredients and food culture. The competition is part of the CANEX Gastronomy & Culinary Arts’ broader mission to position African cuisine as a global creative, cultural and economic force.

CANEX Junior Chefs Competition Requirements
