The Amujae Initiative is more than a program; it’s a movement. Launched by the EJS Center in March 2020, our mission is clear: to inspire and equip Africa’s most talented women to rise unapologetically to the highest levels of public leadership and to bring others along with them.
Participants, known as Amujae Leaders, receive world-class mentorship from former Heads of State and international experts.
The program builds a multi-generational network of empowered African women leaders.
Applicants must:
Be citizens and residents of an African country.
Have a proven track record of impactful leadership in public life or related sectors.
Show a vision and commitment to ascend to top public leadership roles.
