Our flagship program is a one-year program for young professionals to become more effective leaders and prepare them for entry into the public sector. Now in the seventh year of operations, the network of young fellows and alumni across Ghana’s civil service continues to grow and achieve positive impact for communities across the country.
The fellowship program offers comprehensive support for your growth:
Must be a Ghanaian national with a valid national ID
Must be a full-time resident in Ghana
Must be 22-32 years
Must have an undergraduate degree
Must have completed national service
Must demonstrate a commitment to Public Sector work
Must have basic computer skills
Must have strong written and verbal English skills
