About Emerging Public Leaders of Sierra Leone - Public Service Fellowship Program
The 2026–2027 Public Service Fellowship Program is a one-year leadership development initiative for young graduates and early-career professionals in Sierra Leone. Jointly implemented by the Government of Sierra Leone, Emerging Public Leaders, and the Mastercard Foundation, the program trains future public sector leaders in governance, ethics, and public service delivery.

Emerging Public Leaders of Sierra Leone - Public Service Fellowship Program Requirements
- Must be Sierra Leonean national
- Must be a recent (up to 3 years) university graduate and not currently employed by the government
- Must be 18-35 years old
- Must have strong written and verbal English skills
- Must demonstrate a commitment to Public Sector work
