About Emerging Public Leaders - Public Service Fellowship Program for Young Graduates
The Malawi Public Service Fellowship Program (3rd cohort) is a one-year leadership training initiative by the Government of Malawi and Emerging Public Leaders (EPL), in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation. It prepares young graduates for careers in public service through structured training, mentorship, and skills development.

Emerging Public Leaders - Public Service Fellowship Program for Young Graduates Requirements
- Must be Malawian national with no criminal record
- Must be a recent (up to 5 years) university graduate and not currently employed by the government
- Must be 18-30 years old
- Must have strong written and verbal English skills
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must demonstrate a commitment to Public Sector work
