Falling Walls Lab is an international innovation and research platform that gives students and early-career researchers an opportunity to present ideas capable of addressing important scientific and societal challenges.The Kigali and Khartoum Lab events provide a competitive platform for participants to communicate their research, innovation, or entrepreneurial ideas in a concise three-minute presentation.

The three-minute format also challenges participants to explain complex ideas in a simple and compelling way.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet at least one of the programme’s academic or professional eligibility conditions.
You may be eligible if you:
Medical degrees can be treated as equivalent to Master’s or PhD qualifications, as appropriate.
The programme also recognizes the diversity of academic qualifications internationally.
