About Global Disability Fund Disability-Inclusive Climate Action in the Pacific Region
This call aims to accelerate and scale disability-inclusive climate action across Pacific island countries by driving long-term,system-wide change. Funded programmes will strengthen climate preparedness, response, and recovery in ways that reflect the rights, needs and leadership of persons with disabilities.

- Up to USD 450,000 per grant
Global Disability Fund Disability-Inclusive Climate Action in the Pacific Region Requirements
Applications must be submitted by an eligible Lead Partner registered locally or regionally, Including:
- National or international NGOs
- Development banks
- UN agencies
- Academic institutions
Proposals must be submitted on behalf of a consortium that:
- Includes at least one formal Organization of persons with Disabilities.
- Demonstrates meaningful collaboration with relevent government entities.
- Shows eveidence of co-financing or resource leveage from other climate finance sources (strongly encouraged)
Application Date and Process
The process follows two stages:
1. Expression of interest (EOI)
- Screened for eligibility and technical quality
- EOIs must score at least 70/100 to be shortlisted
- Geographic and thematic balance will be considered.
2. Full Proposal Submission
- Shortlisted applicants invited to submit full propopsals.
- Assessed by an independent review panel against predefined criteria.
