The GELA Prestigious Global Mentorship Programme 2026 (Cohort 14) is a global leadership mentorship initiative run by the Global Entrepreneurs and Leaders Academy (GELA). The program is designed to train, mentor, and empower young leaders (ages 18–35) from marginalized and disadvantaged backgrounds across the world.
