The Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference was created to broaden the perspectives of future leaders in business, unions and public administration so that their decisions are based on a practical understanding of the influence of their organizations on the general welfare of the community.

- The Governor Genreral's Canadian Leadership Conference will cover the cost of all accomodations,meals and travel during the course of the conference of all members.
- Sponsors or employers of member are encouraged to pay for the members transportation to the Opening Plenary and back home from the Closing Plenary.
Governors General's Canadian Leadership Conference Requirements
- Open to Canadian citizens aged between 28 and 45.
- Mid-Career Professionals with Leadership potential poised to rise to senior roles within the next 10 years.
- Effective team players with strong interpersonal skills and a gebuine interest in the broader social and economic issues affecting Canada.
- Applicants must have endorsement/support from their employer or sponsoring organization (or be self-sponsored)
- Able to commot ful time to the intensive program from May 22 to June 5,2026.
