Hoover Fellows Program at Stanford University Requirements
- Must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field
- Relevant fields include economics, history, international relations, national security, political science, or public policy
- Must expect to complete the Ph.D. or equivalent degree by September 1st, 2027
- Open to early-career scholars with outstanding research potential
