The Community Connection Grant is designed to support local organizations and community groups in delivering regular activities that encourage participation, connection, inclusion, and wellbeing within the Hume community.
The program recognizes that strong communities are built through ongoing engagement, volunteer involvement, skill development, cultural participation, and accessible community activities. Funding helps organizations strengthen their operational capacity while delivering programs that bring people together and improve quality of life for local residents.
