About International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) Communications & Engagement Internship Opportunity in Vienna
This internship provides on-the-job training for aspiring young professionals seeking first-hand experience in the work of an intergovernmental organisation in the field of migration policy. It offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Policy Unit’s strategic communications and engagement activities, support the organisation of VMC and other institutional events, and gain exposure to high-level discussions shaping migration policy and dialogues.

- ICMPD offers a monthly fee of EUR 500,00 and will provide accident insurance for the duration of the internship.
International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) Communications & Engagement Internship Opportunity in Vienna Requirements
- University degree or current enrolment in a university in communications, public policy, migration studies, international relations, or a related field;
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong general digital literacy;
- Experience in with website content management, content creation, digital communications and social media, including familiarity with social media analytics;
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design tools is an asset;
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural work environment;
- Adaptable and flexible, with strong intercultural and diplomatic skills;
- Relevant experience in an international organisation, NGO or public administration is an asset;
- Knowledge of migration policy issues is an asset.
