About IWMF - Grants for Reproductive Health, Rights and Justice in the Americas
The International Women's Media Foundation is pleased to provide grants to support reporting focused on reproductive rights in Latin America and the Caribbean and the United States. These grants support reporting of untold stories surrounding issues that impact people's daily lives in the region.
A strong preference will be given to multimedia reporting teams focusing on Argentina, Brazil, and Chile, as well as transnational reporting teams exploring the connections of ultra-right groups and their links to U.S.-based organizations and global networks.

IWMF - Grants for Reproductive Health, Rights and Justice in the Americas Requirements
- This opportunity is open to women and non-binary journalists.
- Freelance or staff journalists can apply and can apply individually or as part of a team.
- Applicants must practice journalism as a primary professional.
- Applicants must have three (3) or more years of professional experience in journalism. Internships do not count towards professional experience.
- The applicant must be able to demonstrate an editor's interest or have a proven track record of publishing in prominent media outlets.
- Applicants may apply in English or Spanish. The published work can be in any language.
