About InteRussia Fellowship Program for Journalists

The InteRussia Fellowship Programme for MENA Journalists is a short-term international media exchange initiative designed to strengthen media dialogue between Russia and MENA countries.

Benefits of InteRussia Fellowship Program for Journalists

The organizers provide:

• travel from the participant’s place of residence to Moscow and back, as well as travel from Moscow to St. Petersburg;
• accommodation in double rooms at a hotel;
• a scholarship of 30,000 rubles for the duration of the programme.

Participants must cover the following expenses:

• medical insurance;
• visa application fee;
• meals during the fellowship period.

InteRussia Fellowship Program for Journalists Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet all eligibility criteria:

Age Requirement

• Between 25 and 35 years old

Nationality & Residency

• Citizen of a Middle East or North Africa (MENA) country

• Must reside outside the Russian Federation

Professional Criteria

• Television journalist

• No academic or employment affiliation with Russian institutions at time of application

Language Requirements

• Minimum B2 level English proficiency

• Native-level fluency in Arabic

Failure to meet any of these conditions results in ineligibility.
