About Jean-Claude Juncker Scholarship for Bachelor's and Master's Degree

Opportunity Details

Sponsored by His Excellency Jean-Claude Juncker, the 12th President of th European Commission, this scholarship allows students to study fot their bachelors,master's and executive master's degrees in Europe. Candidates interested in the European Unions ideas, principles,values,future and the continent's economic, technological and social development are eligible to apply to pursue their studies at Management Center Innsbruck (MCI). The scholarship is valid for the first year of Bachelor's and Master's programs. Following satisfactory completion of the first year and a positive review, the scholoarship is extendable to the 2nd year of the Master's degree.

Benefits of Jean-Claude Juncker Scholarship for Bachelor's and Master's Degree

  • Applicants will benefit form the € 13,500 Scholarship per year, which is awarded only towards students' tuition fees. This amount is available for applications for bachelor's and master's programs for non- European nationalities and applications for Executive Master's programs from all nationalities.

Note: Applicants are responsible for other expenses, such as travel and accommodation.

Jean-Claude Juncker Scholarship for Bachelor's and Master's Degree Requirements

  • Bachelor diploma, confirmation of prospective completion of studies or equivalent diploma of a 3-year degree program at a national / international higher education institution

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or diploma certificate (if applicable)

  • Diploma Supplement (if applicable)

  • Transcript of records

  • For master programs held in English: if applicable, proof of the required English language skills (for further information, please visit the respective website)

Application Date and Process

In just two steps to your desired study program at MCI:

Step 1 - Online application: CV & motivation

A complete online application consists of a CV, a letter of motivation, information on educational background, qualifications, professional career, social achievements and academic as well as professional goals. We would like to know why you are applying to study at MCI.

You may apply for more than one degree program at the same time, provided you can conclusively explain your respective motivations in your letter of motivation.

Step 2 – Online admission interview

In the second step, all applicants will be invited to an online admission interview.

In this interview, we want to get to know you. We are particularly interested in your motivation to study at MCI as well as your professional and personal goals you want to achieve with the help of your studies.
